We have a committed team, spreading to most states, working toward our goal of providing comfort and dignity to people experiencing homelessness in Australia.  Together, we believe in making a tangible difference in every community we touch.

ROTARY PROJECT TEAM

We are committed to helping those experiencing homelessness by providing them with Shelterbags. Our charity collaborates with local homeless outreach agencies to distribute the Shelterbags to those in need. An awareness of the high degree of homelessness in our communities was raised in Leigh when he became acquainted with the Shelterbag project. Fortuitously, Mary Crammond brought Shelterbag with her when she transferred to the Bowral-Mittagong Rotary Club. Leigh has taken on the role of co-ordinator for the procurement and distribution of Shelterbags to Rotary Clubs across Australia. He has spent the night sleeping in a Shelterbag for a fundraising sleepout in near freezing conditions. Leigh has been a Rotarian since 2011, serving as President of 2 clubs.
